We are a property consultancy in Lucknow. We help people find, buy, sell and rent homes, plots and commercial property, arrange site visits, and connect buyers and sellers.

These terms cover your use of the website only. If you engage us for a particular property, the scope of our work and any fee or commission are agreed with you separately. We are not your lawyer, tax adviser or financial adviser, and nothing on the website is legal, tax or investment advice.

Listings are based on information from property owners, developers and our own visits. We take care to keep them accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or correct, or that a property is still available at the price shown.

A listing is an invitation to enquire, not an offer that can be accepted. A deal is formed only by a written agreement between the buyer and the seller (or the landlord and tenant). Before you commit, check the documents, approvals, measurements and price yourself. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

• Pretend to be FC PROPERTY or a member of our team, or suggest that you act for us when you do not.

The text, photographs, videos, logo and design of this website belong to FC PROPERTY or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view the website and share links to it for personal use. Do not reproduce our content for commercial use without our written permission, or use the FC PROPERTY name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us.

When you send a form or request a callback, you ask us to contact you about that enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. Calls with our team may be recorded for our records and to improve our service. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time; on WhatsApp you can reply STOP.
