1.Who we are
This policy explains how Faizan Chaudhary Property LLP, trading as FC PROPERTY LLP (“FC PROPERTY”, “we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit www.fcproperty.in, fill in a form on it, or call, WhatsApp or email us. We decide why and how this data is used, so we are responsible for it.

2.The information we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry, callback and search forms: your name and mobile number and, if you add them, your email address, the kind of property you want, preferred locality, budget, a preferred time for our call, whether you would like a site visit, and your message.
- Selling a property: the property's type and location and, if you add them, its approximate size, expected price and your notes.
- Property pages: the listing you asked about (its reference and page address) is saved with your enquiry.
- Phone calls: when you call us or we call you through our business calling system, we keep the phone numbers, the time and length of the call, and the call may be recorded. Our team also notes what was discussed and when to follow up.
- WhatsApp: when you message our WhatsApp Business number, we receive your WhatsApp number and profile name, your messages and any photos, documents, voice notes or videos you send, and whether our messages to you were delivered and read.
- Email and in person: what you write to us, and the details you give our team at our office or on a site visit, which they may add to your enquiry record.
Our forms do not ask for identity documents, bank details or other financial information. Please do not put them in a form message.
Information collected automatically
- Website usage: through Google Tag Manager we use measurement tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, that record the pages you view, buttons you use (for example Call or WhatsApp), the type of form you send, your device and browser, the website that referred you and an approximate location based on your IP address. These records never include your name, phone number, email address or anything you type into a form.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser and the page requested, to run and protect the website.
- Your browser: during a visit, the site remembers in your browser's session storage that you have closed or completed our consultation pop-up, so it is not shown again.
3.How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email, and to understand what you are looking for.
- To share suitable properties, arrange site visits, and help with the purchase, sale or rental you ask us to help with.
- If you are selling, to assess and market your property. Listings on our website show our contact details, not yours.
- To email you a confirmation that we received your enquiry, if you gave us an email address.
- To keep a record of our conversations, follow-ups and your enquiry history, so that anyone in our team can pick up where the last person left off.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people use our website and which pages and adverts lead to enquiries, and to improve them.
- To block spam and misuse and to keep our systems secure.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send bulk messages. We contact you about the requirement you shared. If you would like us to stop, tell us. On WhatsApp you can reply STOP, and we will not message you again unless you write to us first.
4.Your consent and choices
When you send a form, request a callback, call or message us, you agree to us using your details as this policy describes, for your enquiry. Each form shows a link to this policy before you send it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Grievance Officer and contact). We will then stop using your data for that purpose. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before it, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires us to.
If you prefer not to speak on a recorded line, you can reach us on WhatsApp or by email instead.
6.Where your data is stored
Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside India. We use established providers that protect data with strong security measures, and we follow any restrictions the Government of India places on transferring personal data abroad.
7.How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records, call records and messages while we are helping you and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can answer follow-up questions and keep accurate records of any transaction, and for as long as the law requires (for example under tax and accounting rules, or during a dispute). When we no longer need your data for these purposes, we delete it or make it anonymous. Analytics data is kept for the period set in the analytics tools.
8.How we protect it
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Enquiries, call recordings and WhatsApp attachments are kept in private storage that only signed-in staff can reach, according to their role, and each time a call recording is played this is logged. No system is completely secure; if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
9.Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need to keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent;
- deal with a complaint about how we have handled it; and
- accept a person you nominate to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
Contact our Grievance Officer below. We may ask you to confirm who you are, for example by writing from the phone number or email address you used with us. We will respond within one month of receiving your request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
11.Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
12.Other websites and apps
Our website links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.
13.Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. If a change significantly affects how we use data you have already given us, we will let you know before it applies, using the contact details you gave us.
